  Called 30 minutes before turning up (I requested this), turned up exactly on time. Polite, professional, courteous and a trustworthy feeling. We were replacing a gas oven with another second hand gas oven and Will worked through some minor issues associated with second hand equipment - and did some extra without charging for extra. Would definitely recommend - gave good advice without being pushy. Excellent Thanks Will :)
